Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assembly operations in line with the approved production schedule and daily manufacturing targets.
  • •Perform precise mechanical and electronic assembly using engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
  • •Carry out fine alignment, fitment, fastening, and adjustment activities to meet defined tolerances and functional specifications.
  • •Inspect assemblies visually and dimensionally during and after assembly to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • •Ensure AS9100/ISO compliance, accurately record assembly and inspection data/deviations, and maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial assembly.
  • •Experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly environments.
  • •Hands-on electronic assembly and fine mechanical assembly experience.
  • •Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and electronic workmanship requirements.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly/engineering documentation.
