Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product analytics for product strategy, from defining metrics to delivering actionable insights for conversion, engagement, and growth.
  • •Work across product data needs including data engineering support, building dashboards, experiment frameworks, and predictive models.
  • •Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of user behavioral, transactional, and operational data using analytics tools and toolkits.
  • •Design and evaluate A/B experiments end-to-end, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, statistical analysis, and recommendations.
  • •Define and maintain product metric hierarchies and OKR targets, continuously evaluating performance and translating findings into simple visuals for execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science.
  • •At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a Product Analytics or Data Science role.
  • •Experience with user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendation systems analytics.
  • •Strong curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain data trends clearly in simple language.
  • •Proficiency in two or more of: SQL (Hive/SparkSQL) with large-scale data warehouses, data visualization tools (DataWind/Tableau/PowerBI), Python/R for analysis/automation, and Airflow for workflow orchestration.
