Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and release new product BOMs and support manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategy development with stakeholders.
  • •Manage the development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium complex modules.
  • •Conduct 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU) and provide design review feedback (DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO) to improve cost, quality, and cycle time.
  • •Orchestrate change requests and execute change control processes (NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, ESWs).
  • •Document product issues, perform RCCA, and lead disposition and resolution of issues requiring LTCA, including leading the managed build process.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply intermediate knowledge of the NPME role to independently develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for complex modules and product structures.
  • •Manage development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for medium complex modules.
  • •Perform 3D solid model virtual analysis using Master Layout (MLO) and Digital Mock Up (DMU) and provide feedback in design reviews (DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO).
  • •Execute change control processes, including Non Standard Requests (NSRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Change Control Board (CCB), Supplier Problem Sheets (SPSs), and Engineering Specification Waivers (ESWs).
  • •Document product issues/enhancement opportunities and perform Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA) leading dispositions and long-term corrective actions (LTCA).
