Accounts Payable Manager

Manage the daily activities of a high-volume Accounts Payable team supporting multiple lines of business, focused specifically on payables tied to new contract fundings. Lead staffing and training, oversee workflow during high-volume periods, improve procedures to boost efficiency, resolve complex issues, and monitor compliance/reporting. Coordinate with the Cash Reconciliation team to ensure timely reconciliations and drive adjustments when issues are identified, using Microsoft applications and AP systems.
