Job Summary

Act as a technical presales and solution architecture specialist focused on NetScaler application delivery and security. Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery sessions, architectural workshops, and high-level presentations for application delivery, secure remote access, and security topologies using NetScaler (or equivalent enterprise ADC).
•Scope, own, and execute technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and hands-on PoCs to validate application delivery performance and features.
•Analyze customer environments using legacy platforms (e.g., F5 BIG-IP, A10 Networks) and design migration strategies to modern, high-performance NetScaler architectures.
•Build trusted multi-level technical relationships across clients, engaging from Network/Security/VDI Administrators to CIOs and CISOs.
•Author authoritative technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and Statements of Work (SoW) aligned with industry best practices and enterprise networking standards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical presales, systems engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise networking, application delivery, and security.
•Proven experience managing and closing complex technical sales cycles featuring NetScaler or equivalent enterprise ADC solutions.
•Hands-on expertise with NetScaler ADC (MPX, SDX, VPX) or equivalent platforms (F5 BIG-IP, VMware Avi, A10 Networks), including advanced L4-L7 load balancing, GSLB, and content switching.
•Strong knowledge of integrated ADC security suites, including WAF, bot management, API security, DDoS mitigation, and secure remote access/identity (e.g., AAA/SAML/OAuth).
•Experience with centralized management/automation/analytics platforms (e.g., NetScaler Console/ADM, F5 BIG-IQ) plus core networking and hybrid-cloud/multi-cloud fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, IPAM).
