Support continuous improvement, train process changes, and develop reconditioning lead and manager teams while upholding Carvana safety and loss-prevention standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
•Manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks impacting throughput and efficiency; perform root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews versus targets, including challenges and countermeasures.
•Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects and process change implementation/training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 130,000 - 170,000

Key Requirements

•Open to relocation after training, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
•Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and a track record of developing employees.
•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
