Serve food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment, anticipating needs and cheerfully assisting customers throughout their visit. Take orders, suggestively sell beverages and menu items, and communicate drink orders to the bar via the point-of-sales system. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service, including refusing service to intoxicated guests. Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue.
