Job Summary

Support the installation, operation, and maintenance of subsea wellhead and tree equipment for customers while following Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements. Perform job pre-planning (logistics, tooling, EHS, technical scopes), complete pre- and post-job administration (reports, timesheets, debriefs, checklists), manage technical documentation, and ensure timely execution. Maintain required training/certifications and build proactive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the operation, installation, and maintenance of company and customer subsea wellhead and tree equipment per company procedures.
•Support comprehensive job pre-planning including logistics, tooling, HSE, and technical work scopes.
•Complete all pre- and post-job administrative duties including reports, timesheets, debriefs, tool condition reports, checklists, and tooling tracking.
•Understand and manage technical documentation such as packing lists, bills of materials, drawings, certifications, competencies, and prior job reports.
•Perform all activities safely and in compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Have a Technical High School Diploma, GED, or Technical College Degree with at least 1 year of engineering or field service experience, 1 year of previous offshore experience, and 1 year of workshop experience.
•Hold a relevant Technical Education or Apprenticeship Certificate.
•Demonstrate working proficiency in written and spoken English.
•Have experience working on Subsea Wellhead equipment (preferred).
•Be able to understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
