Key Responsibilities

•Act as DRI for Team Day, owning end-to-end planning, execution, and cross-functional committee leadership.
•Design and deliver recurring connection programming, including Summer Socials and seasonal moments throughout the year.
•Lead wellness and wellbeing initiatives supporting a healthy, high-performing culture.
•Own intentional-gathering strategy for Anchor Days and the Remote Employee Experience, including Remote Community Days.
•Design and manage global recognition programs and define program success metrics, track outcomes in Peakon and participation data, and lead/develop the Employee Engagement team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 124,000 - 186,000 annually
