Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct adult and paediatric audiological assessments in line with current best practice and company clinical protocols.
  • •Perform paediatric testing including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA).
  • •Deliver individualized rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, real-ear verification (REM), and follow-up care.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Medicare, HSP, and DVA requirements.
  • •Provide counselling and education to patients and their families and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in Adult Rehabilitation.
  • •Relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • •Currently hold, or be eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud (including HASAA).

  • •Excellent customer care and service skills with a commitment to therapeutic relationships and exceptional patient outcomes.
