Job Summary

Administer day-to-day operations of a centre, overseeing centre presentation, security, safety, cleaning, engineering, facilities, and ambience to meet tenant and customer requirements. Manage service contracts and smart parking/traffic systems while ensuring KPI/SLA delivery. Conduct inspections, audits, risk mitigation, and compliance; administer budgets and reporting; coordinate with government authorities and handle tenant/customer issues. Lead vendor/team performance and safety drills, while identifying revenue opportunities within the mall.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee full mall/centre operations including cleaning, security, safety, engineering, and facilities to maintain high standards and compliance.
•Manage service contracts and smart parking/traffic systems, ensuring KPI/SLA delivery and supporting sustainability initiatives.
•Conduct regular property inspections, audits, risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and code of conduct.
•Administer budgets, optimize resources, and submit operational and financial reports for management review.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent, with 2–3 years’ experience in operations, maintenance, safety, or facilities management (preferably in the GCC or abroad).
•Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
•Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus.
•Solid understanding of financial and budgeting processes, with strong reporting and problem-solving abilities.
•Highly detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach and ability to follow detailed instructions under pressure.
