Senior Paralegal – U.S. Bancorp Asset Management

Support U.S. Bancorp Asset Management’s in-house legal team by drafting and reviewing agreements, regulatory filings, and corporate records for pooled investment vehicles and the adviser. Manage legal comment tracking to completion, maintain investment-company regulatory knowledge, and use internal tools and databases for record retention and retrieval. Assist with special projects, conduct research, and communicate with attorneys, outside counsel, and stakeholders, including board materials.
