Serve Banking Center customers by processing financial transactions and using needs-based conversations to identify goals, build trust, and recommend appropriate products and services. Support sales, retention, and operational initiatives to meet branch growth objectives while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Coach and supervise fellow relationship bankers, help onboard new staff, and achieve both individual and team sales, service, and operations goals.
