Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Solutions Managers to achieve advertising revenue, client growth, and organizational objectives.
•Define and execute growth strategies by identifying market advertising opportunities and accelerating business expansion.
•Oversee Key Account performance in Thailand and Vietnam and identify opportunities aligned with client business and marketing goals to minimize churn.
•Formulate strategic plans to onboard and educate clients via scaled initiatives and programs.
•Align with Brand Partnerships teams on account plans and build actionable next steps; set strategic direction for the industry client solutions team using account and market insights while building senior client relationships.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in digital media platforms and advertising KPIs with cross-vertical knowledge.
•3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing commercial/advertising teams.
•Strong understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape, with vertical expertise in 3C, Food & Beverage, Beauty & Care, or Tech.
•Experience managing branding and performance advertisers with complex scaling challenges across multiple markets.
•Proficiency in Thinkcell/Excel and dashboarding, with strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills; excellent English communication and presentation skills.
