Key Responsibilities

•Security Operations & IT Control: Manage IAM daily, enforce Need-to-Know, supervise user access lifecycle, ensure CIA, participate in security incident management, and prepare inputs for CSSF notifications (via Head of IT)
•Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Interact with global AWS teams, understand AWS-centric cloud architectures, monitor system availability and resilience, handle incident triggering/escalation/follow-up, contribute to BC/DR testing
•Corporate Systems Management: Administer Google Workspace, manage collaboration tools (Notion, Slack), oversee Data Loss Prevention controls, provide local IT support (non-first-line)
•Vendor & Outsourcing Oversight: Follow up with IT service providers, monitor SLAs/KPIs, support Outsourcing Manager function
•Device & Asset Management: Ensure endpoint security, MDN management and asset lifecycle tracking

Key Requirements

•Bachelor-level degree (or equivalent) in IT, systems, or security
•3–6 years of hands-on IT experience; startup/fintech/scale-up environments preferred
•Core Technical Skills: AWS fundamentals; Google Workspace administration; IAM / SSO / MFA; Security operations mindset; interest in blockchain / tokenisation
•Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate; Google Workspace Administrator
•Languages: Fluent professional English – mandatory; French asset, not mandatory
