Timberland: Supervisor - Jackson

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales goals by monitoring KPI progress. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom operations, visual merchandising, and inventory integrity, while fostering an inclusive store culture and participating in local community initiatives.
