Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team by fostering a customer-focused culture and executing the Trane Technologies RMX program.
  • •Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve performance goals in both warehouse and retail store operations.
  • •Develop and execute annual operating plans, including forecasts, business reports, audits, and financial compliance reviews.
  • •Manage store operations for follow-through, productivity, quality, and inventory availability; oversee the inventory program and reduce OSMI.
  • •Maintain showroom appearance, support continuous learning on market trends and products, and occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years supervisory experience, preferably in retail with proven sales and customer relationship experience.
  • •Results-driven with strong teamwork and the ability to maintain high energy in challenging situations.
  • •Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program, plus strong computer skills.
  • •GED or High School Diploma required; Associate’s (AA) degree preferred or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Basic understanding of Lean Principles and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations.
