Job Summary

Build the AI platform vision and roadmap that makes every employee AI-native. You’ll own Eddy’s evolution—shipping fast, writing evals, configuring agents, and creating the user research and prioritization frameworks that don’t exist yet. Partner with CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, and Clinical leaders to identify high-value AI workflows and drive adoption beyond R&D, turning non-adopters into power users.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and build the AI platform vision, including the agent harness, platform and data architecture, and the connected ecosystem of agents, skills, and integrations.
•Own Eddy’s roadmap by replacing feature triage with first-principles product strategy and building user research, eval infrastructure, and prioritization frameworks.
•Ship fast while writing evals and configuring agents, and work directly with ML engineers on cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
•Partner with leaders across CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, and Clinical to identify high-value AI workflows and drive adoption.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to find workflows where AI moves the needle and help convert non-adopters into power users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 265,200 - 331,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product experience with at least 2 years shipping AI or AI-adjacent products.
•Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents, skills, or workflows (not just managing engineers).
•Strong AI fluency across prompt engineering, context management, RAG, tool use, and evals; understand LLM failure modes.
•Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders and manage low-value requests confidently.
•Platform thinking: build for other builders and prioritize across product, platform, and adoption roadmaps.
