Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned to UK regulatory requirements.
  • •Act as primary point of contact with the FCA and relevant UK bodies, including regulatory readiness and interpreting regulatory changes.
  • •Build and operationalise policies and controls across AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, implement remediation plans, and establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes.
  • •Operationalise internal audits, compliance reviews, and control testing; provide cross-functional guidance and training to ensure compliant execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Experience designing policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing complex compliance programs.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engaging with regulators.
