Key Responsibilities

•Plan, design, implement, and provide ongoing support for high-complexity network systems in extranet, commercial, and corporate environments.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems as an escalation point for operational teams and provide third-level support to network teams and client institutions.
•Collaborate with project managers, account managers, security, and network support teams for engineering requirements and end-to-end technical oversight.
•Develop and maintain operational runbooks, network design documentation, and processes for continuous improvement and best practices.
•Assess and test new technologies for performance and cost benefits, and participate in change, incident, and problem management including root-cause analysis.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 131,600 - 210,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD; alternatively, 8+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience designing, planning, documenting, and implementing LANs and WANs using the latest technology.
•Experience with cloud service provider ecosystems (GCP, AWS, Azure).
•Experience with SD-WAN technologies and understanding of TCP/IP network protocols and common application protocols.
•Ability to lead complex global projects end-to-end and write technical design/build documentation.
