Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, implement, and provide ongoing support for high-complexity network systems in extranet, commercial, and corporate environments.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems as an escalation point for operational teams and provide third-level support to network teams and client institutions.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, account managers, security, and network support teams for engineering requirements and end-to-end technical oversight.
  • •Develop and maintain operational runbooks, network design documentation, and processes for continuous improvement and best practices.
  • •Assess and test new technologies for performance and cost benefits, and participate in change, incident, and problem management including root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD; alternatively, 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience designing, planning, documenting, and implementing LANs and WANs using the latest technology.
  • •Experience with cloud service provider ecosystems (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • •Experience with SD-WAN technologies and understanding of TCP/IP network protocols and common application protocols.
  • •Ability to lead complex global projects end-to-end and write technical design/build documentation.
