Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees across production/operation functions related to manufacturing capital equipment and components/subassemblies/subsystems.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Support operational meetings, develop and track performance metrics, and schedule milestone meetings to improve cycle time and other KPIs.
  • •Act as an interface for establishing and ensuring conformance to customer/vendor requirements, performing cost-of-quality analysis and initiating corrective action.
  • •Drive EHS compliance and Lean, Safety and Quality initiatives; prevent employee accidents and injuries; develop personnel and manage performance management.
