Manager II, Operations Management - Days Build - (M2)

Lead day-shift operations for the manufacturing of capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components, supervising activities across assembly, inspection, test, and final test. Own production scheduling based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials, and drive milestone meetings, cycle-time performance, and quality/cost-of-quality improvements. Ensure EHS training and safety compliance, develop and coach your team, and collaborate across operations to meet customer and vendor requirements in support of Lean, safety, and quality goals.
