Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently manage and supervise teller area operations and teller sales activities
  • •Monitor teller execution of daily sales and service and personally execute as needed to meet customer needs
  • •Handle escalated teller and advanced customer inquiries; coach tellers on sales, leadership, and referral activities
  • •Manage daily operational standards including cash drawer security, cash balancing, item capture, counterfeit identification, vault/branch cash management, and ATM balance
  • •Train and schedule tellers, ensure safe and sound procedures and security/compliance (including Regulation CC holds, suspicious activity reporting, and robbery procedures), and represent the bank in marketing/community events

Key Requirements
