Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned service area.
  • •Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visit support.
  • •Use expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws comfortable and create a warm, professional patient experience.
  • •Accurately document visits and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
