Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Technical Services strategy aligned to business objectives, asset growth plans, and long-term capital investment priorities.
  • •Lead Technical Services across rides and attractions maintenance and related functions (facilities, utilities, landscaping, workshops, logistics, and specialist technical operations).
  • •Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, corrective, predictive, and lifecycle maintenance programs to drive maintenance and reliability of assets.
  • •Oversee major technical projects and new asset development, providing governance from concept/design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • •Manage technical operations budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, forecasting, cost control, asset replacement planning) and ensure full compliance for audits, inspections, and annual approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • •Extensive leadership experience across theme parks, attractions, leisure, entertainment, hospitality, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • •Proven experience overseeing maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management of complex assets including rides/attractions, facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and technical systems.
  • •Demonstrated delivery of major capital projects (planning, design review, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and asset handover).
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective, reliability-centered) and compliance in highly regulated environments.
