Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the technology stack (Okta, GCC High, Opal, Slack, Jamf, Jira, and more) and provide escalated support to IT services.
  • •Partner with Security/Compliance to produce and maintain audit artifacts, including SSP updates, POA&Ms, and control mappings to NIST 800-53/171 and CMMC 2.0.
  • •Create and maintain technology documentation for internal IT teams and Scale employees.
  • •Design and maintain zero-trust controls across GCC High/Azure Gov and Okta (device posture, network segmentation, Conditional Access).
  • •Build Okta Workflows and lightweight automation services for joiner–mover–leaver events, access reviews, and deprovisioning, including regulated change management (CAB records, rollback plans, validation evidence).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT systems, infrastructure, and/or engineering experience.
  • •Experience integrating with SaaS APIs/SDKs.
  • •Hands-on identity management using Okta or similar systems (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) for authentication and provisioning.
  • •Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or bash.
  • •Familiarity with IL6 / FedRAMP High / CMMC 2.0 control families and how they map to concrete IT configurations.
