Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components from day one, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment. Develop AI agents, integrate prompts and tool calls with customer systems, and build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks. Measure deployment health with dashboards and evolve agent capabilities using emerging AI tools and models.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-build agentic AI solutions that go live in customer production environments from day one with a delivery pod.
•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, then validate outputs.
•Create and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can discuss.
•Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to expand.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; ability to design integrations using data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
