Key Responsibilities

  • •Map end-to-end processes with stakeholders and identify the highest-value friction points for AI to reduce.
  • •Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots, moving projects from prototype to production.
  • •Audit existing AI capabilities already built into purchased tools (e.g., Greenhouse, ERP) before starting new solutions.
  • •Extend the shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases without creating parallel stacks.
  • •Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and drive rollout via evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and post-launch monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Map current-state workflows end to end, extracting tools and context, and use that map as the foundation for AI solutions.
  • •3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a closely related role with PM-level ownership of scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
  • •Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok.
  • •Build agentic systems that solve discrete, measurable problems (not demos), with a GitHub (or equivalent) profile showing 3–4 built projects.
  • •Fluency in context engineering and ontology design, plus conceptual command of test-driven and eval-driven development for AI systems.
