Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop secure technology solutions using iterative programming aligned to solution design to meet customer needs.
  • •Deliver RADAR platform capability and drive IT services and PODs delivery in line with architecture principles.
  • •Lead the team to achieve goals, collaborate with engineers/architects/stakeholders, and address operational issues across release or change.
  • •Create and run automated test plans, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code quality.
  • •Automate CI/CD pipelines, perform impact assessments, tuning, testing, and deployments; ensure resilience and recovery objectives with on-call/shift support.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in information technology focused on software application development.
  • •7+ years of experience managing and leading a team in a technical environment.
  • •Proven experience developing with a high-level language such as Java or Python.
  • •Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and web servers (Apache).
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies and modern CI/CD tools (Agile, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
