Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain UK-compliant compliance frameworks and ensure regulatory readiness for licensing and ongoing supervision.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact with the FCA and interpret regulatory changes to guide business strategy.
  • •Build and operationalise policies and controls for AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, implement remediation plans, and establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
