Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent, and be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and building systems through coursework, projects, involvement, or related exposure.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months), provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations, including specified offenses in the last 3 years.
