Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technology and product consulting and technical sales support for account opportunities in the territory.
  • •Perform high-level technical presentations for customers, prospects, and channel partners.
  • •Support RFI/RFP responses and organize/lead Proof of Concept activities.
  • •Design solutions that meet customer requirements, including setting criteria for successful PoCs and supporting customer evaluations and demonstrations.
  • •Participate as a specialist on assigned virtual teams and contribute to other team activities; travel is required.

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent presentation skills and a successful pre-sales engineering track record in the industry and territory.
  • •Sound knowledge of networking technologies including Layer 2/3 switching, IPv4/v6 routing concepts, overlay networking/VPNs, and Wi-Fi operation and design.
  • •Practical knowledge of network security principles, with additional advantage in cloud technologies and cloud-based network management platforms.
  • •Ability to work within customer project teams on design and PoC labs, defining success criteria for Proof of Concepts and overall solution designs.
  • •Major account experience, including experience closing deals; Extreme certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
