Lead end-to-end regional corporate strategy for Visa’s Asia Pacific organization, partnering with executives and business leaders to structure problems, form hypotheses, and validate strategy recommendations. Drive AP Regional Head of Strategy support across market and sub-regional plans, competitive monitoring, response to emerging trends, and business planning. Manage strategy efforts independently or with a small analyst team, ranging from multi-year plans to go-to-market and strategic investment assessments.
