Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Accounting to define and maintain depreciation methodologies and useful-life assumptions for data center, compute, and infrastructure assets.
  • •Own the roadmap for Finance systems and tools (ERP, FP&A/planning, and reporting), driving build-vs-buy decisions and leading implementations or upgrades.
  • •Build repeatable, well-documented processes for planning, reporting, and month-end close support to reduce manual work.
  • •Govern cross-functionally between Accounting, IT, and business-unit Finance teams to ensure adoption of capital policy, system changes, and forecasting standards.
  • •Improve FP&A data architecture and reporting layer with Data/Engineering teams and roll out new tools, policies, and methodologies with documentation and training.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful time in FP&A leadership, finance transformation, or finance systems roles.
  • •Experience partnering with Accounting on capital asset policy, depreciation methodology, or capitalization standards in an asset-heavy or infrastructure business.
  • •Experience owning or driving major finance systems implementations or upgrades (ERP, EPM/planning tools, or BI platforms).
  • •Strong forecasting and planning methodology knowledge, with ability to design scalable frameworks across business units.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience a plus.
