Validation Technician

Manage the validation lab and help ensure autonomous drones are airworthy and ready for deployment. Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on the drone fleet (including soldering and mechanical assembly), execute standard test protocols, and support engineering with clear results reporting. Pilot drones during test campaigns as the safety operator, handle logistics for spare parts and batteries, and maintain a safe, stocked workshop.
