Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the drone fleet with regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades (soldering, mechanical assembly, part replacement).
  • •Pilot drones during test campaigns and act as the safety operator.
  • •Manage logistics including spare parts, batteries, field equipment, and transport for test campaigns.
  • •Execute standard test protocols (checklists) and report results to the engineering team.
  • •Run lab management by keeping the workshop organised, safe, and fully stocked.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics, mechanics, or RC modeling.
  • •Excellent manual dexterity with soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
  • •Organised and safety-conscious.
  • •Experience piloting multi-rotor or fixed-wing UAVs (certification is a plus).
  • •Willingness to travel for field testing (and strong DIY interest; A2 English level).
