Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe and positive client experience by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery.
  • •Provide direct ICU patient care and ensure comprehensive, safe patient care aligned to set clinical quality standards.
  • •Manage the client experience and ensure optimal supply, retention, and utilisation of staffing resources.
