Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary client contact and represent AECOM, accountable for successful project delivery.
  • •Create and maintain detailed project plans for scope, schedule, fees, staffing, and execution.
  • •Direct professional and technical staff and lead multi-discipline teams to deliver architectural and engineering work.
  • •Track project progress across the lifecycle and manage change, escalation, and required contract documentation/communications.
  • •Develop risk mitigation plans, coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, and deliver anticipated financial metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering and 6+ years of experience with an architectural or engineering firm.

  • •Strong communication and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and lead client-facing discussions/charrettes.
