Manage purchasing and master data processes for SEA markets, coordinating PO creation, vendor management, intercompany transfers, and SAP vendor master maintenance. Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Sales Ops, Logistics, and vendors to ensure timely stock, accurate orders, and smooth data governance, while handling ad-hoc tasks and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Place purchase orders based on sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; coordinate end-to-end procurement with Merchandising, Planning, Sales Ops, Logistics, and factories; manage PO checks, vendor or factory communications, and invoicing.
•Track POs with factories until shipment readiness for SEA regions; perform intercompany transfers within and across regions; promote cross-functional tool adoption.
•Create and amend vendor codes promptly when requested; maintain data integrity in vendor master records.
•Proactively communicate issues to relevant departments and drive process improvements across purchasing and data management functions.
•Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support procurement and master data activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant studies;
•Minimum 2 years working experience;
•Microsoft Excel proficiency;
•English and local language proficiency;
•Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and master data in SAP or similar systems
