Senior Professional Services Consultant

Serve as a key field resource in Customer Success, delivering end-to-end deployment advisory for enterprise customers implementing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform. Lead discovery through go-live, configure and deploy advanced Zscaler features, migrate customers from legacy on-premises security, and support troubleshooting and issue reproduction. Ensure timely client deliverables aligned to statements of work, build deep Zscaler cloud expertise, and travel to customer sites for short-term engagements as needed.
