Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests entering parking lots.
  • •Calculate parking charges and collect parking fees from guests.
  • •Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals, flags, or flashlights.
  • •Keep parking areas clean and orderly and patrol to help prevent vehicle damage and theft.
  • •Lift, position, and remove barricades and signage to open or close parking areas; inspect vehicles for damage.

Key Requirements

  • •One-year previous guest service experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • •Excellent communication skills with clear, professional expression.
  • •Must be able to constantly walk and occasionally sit.
  • •High school diploma/GED preferred.
