Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and process-control systems.
  • •Provide expert-level operational support, including on-call availability, to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
  • •Execute assembly, disassembly, conversion, and installation of production lines and ancillary equipment, including work with VFDs and PLCs.
  • •Maintain and service electrical infrastructure such as switch gears, bus ducts, and distribution panels.
  • •Interpret and apply information from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering blueprints; use preventive maintenance schedules and Maintain X CMMS for parts and inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required; Journeyman certification is highly preferred.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical repair experience in high-speed production equipment, drives, instrumentation, and process controls.
  • •Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system failures with minimal supervision.
  • •Expertise interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings for maintenance and repair.
  • •Demonstrated experience following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety procedures.
  • •Experience with extruders, conveyors, packing systems, and troubleshooting/repairing motors and drives.
  • •Proficient in running and pulling wiring and bending conduit.
