Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project lifecycle for AHS implementations, from planning and engineering development through ramp-up and assisted operation.
  • •Conduct on-site field oversight to ensure technical delivery quality and compliance with execution standards.
  • •Structure and maintain local project infrastructure (offices, workshops, connectivity, advanced inventory) to support operations teams.
  • •Control project schedules and ensure physical and financial milestones are met, delivering engineering packages on time.
  • •Act as primary client interface, leading stakeholder management, KPI reporting, change management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams while managing SSMA/NR compliance and project risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English for daily engineering interface and reporting to leadership (part of the process is in English).
  • •Complete higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Computing, Electronics, or related).
  • •Minimum 5 years managing project lifecycles, with proven experience in mining or large-scale industrial projects.
  • •Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools (PMBOK/FEL).
  • •Experience with project financial management, contract management, and leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
