Lead the manufacturing facility in Pinto, Madrid and drive performance across safety, quality, production, people, service, and financial results. Build and develop the team, strengthen safety and food-safety compliance, and deliver operational excellence across production, maintenance, planning, and supply chain. Own site strategy, lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with regional and global teams to implement group initiatives.
