Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end program management for Solutions Architecture initiatives, including technical planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Partner with solutions architects, engineering, operations, project managers, and customer-facing teams to resolve technology issues and improve stability and resiliency of deployed AI clusters.
  • •Build and maintain integrated schedules, status reporting, risk registers, and action tracking for predictable execution across complex taskforce support.
  • •Manage cross-functional issues, technical dependencies, and escalation paths to drive timely decisions and mitigation plans as priorities shift or blockers emerge.
  • •Improve operating rhythms, tools, and reusable processes to scale execution quality across multiple accounts and programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or a related cross-functional role.
  • •Experience working with engineering, field, operations, and customer-facing teams supporting enterprise infrastructure, AI, HPC, cloud, or DC programs.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills for technical, business, and leadership audiences.
  • •Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and help resolve customer technical issues with cross-functional teams.
