Job Summary

Own treasury operations by preparing cash flow budgets, forecasts, and tracking actuals against plan for HQ and local finance. Manage local and foreign currency payments, bank statement posting, cash matching, reconciliations, and PSP fee reconciliation. Execute FX transactions, oversee currency control and overseas payment compliance, and optimize liquidity through deposits and interest gains. Partner with banking teams, support Group treasury activities, and drive automation to streamline treasury processes.

•Prepare cash flow budgets, forecasts, and reporting, tracking actuals against budget for HQ and local finance.
•Manage outgoing and incoming payments in local and foreign currency, post bank statements, perform cash matching, and reconcile bank balances (including PSP fee reconciliation).
•Execute foreign currency exchange transactions and manage liquidity to ensure funds availability and maximize interest gains.
•Oversee currency control and compliance for overseas payments, including documentation, clearing, and currency control submissions.
•Support Group treasury activities, run HQ payment forecasts, serve as key contact for banking partners, and identify automation opportunities to streamline treasury processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
•2–5 years of experience in treasury, banking, finance, or accounting roles.
•Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and foreign currency transactions.
•Experience processing local and foreign currency bank transactions and reconciling bank balances.
•Good understanding of accounting principles and payment documentation/compliance requirements.
