Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the health of JIRA servers and other Atlassian tools to minimize downtime and maximize data availability.
  • •Plan and build multiple JIRA environments for development and testing, including production and data migrations.
  • •Assist users with JIRA and other Atlassian products and deliver small or large group training as needed.
  • •Prepare and maintain documentation for JIRA and other Atlassian product design and usage.
