Based in Chippendale, you’ll mentor a distributed team of Workplace Operations Coordinators in Sydney, Brisbane, and NZ to optimize hybrid office experiences. Drive data storytelling from Peakon surveys into executive decks, own the annual calendar of cultural and learning events, and deliver L&D capability roadmaps in partnership with global teams, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and HR Ops while managing service desk SLAs and WHS compliance.
