Payroll Implementation Manager - US

Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for American payroll implementations, leading country-specific payroll activities from discovery through go-live. You’ll run payroll discovery workshops, ensure compliance with US legislation and best practice, validate payroll configuration with Product and Engineering, and manage testing, parallel runs, and payroll validation. Partner with Sales, Presales, and Payroll Project Managers, identify legislative risks, and maintain US implementation playbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
