Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality infrastructure advisory services across the project lifecycle, including strategic assessment, target/delivery models, and governance and assurance frameworks.
  • •Lead requirements management, scoping, and strategic procurement/contracting models for infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Provide leadership on initiation and in-flight work such as organisational design, change management, risk management strategies, stage gate and maturity assessments, and turnaround reviews.
  • •Support in-service activities including post-project reviews, asset management strategies, and lessons learned management.
  • •Lead and support the Infrastructure Ireland business through service quality, people management, and winning initiatives, including fostering client and industry partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business, management, finance, economics, construction, infrastructure (or related), or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years’ experience in the infrastructure sector, providing advisory services to key clients in Ireland/Northern Ireland.
  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients across the project/programme lifecycle.
  • •Experience forming and leading teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • •Professional affiliation and qualification status with APM, RICS, IEI, ICE, CAI, or similar (desirable).
