Key Responsibilities

•Create and appear in recurring social-first paid video content, including UGC-style ads, direct-to-camera videos, skits, explainers, and quick creative experiments.
•Research and deconstruct paid social performance across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to identify hooks, pacing, captions, setups, and ad structures.
•Develop new ad concepts and repeatable content formats by writing scripts, building skit setups, and using customer pain points and campaign messages.
•Storyboard in Figma and edit social videos in Premiere Pro with strong pacing, captions, sound-off viewing, structure, clarity, and quality checks.
•Support lightweight studio/on-location production needs and incorporate AI tools into concepting, scripting, references, effects, and editing workflows.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a content creator, social video creator, video editor, creative producer, or similar hands-on role.
•Portfolio or examples proving you can appear on camera naturally and create UGC-style videos/ads for social.
•Strong understanding of Meta ads and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, plus short-form video formats.
•Comfort writing scripts and spotting strong hooks, turning references into usable ideas.
•Working knowledge of Premiere Pro for fast, clear social edits, and comfort using Figma for storyboarding and visual planning.
