Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer all Piping and Mechanical subcontract packages, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and ADNOC/Client standards.
  • •Review subcontract agreements, scope of work, and technical documentation to ensure subcontractors clearly understand deliverables, responsibilities, and interface boundaries.
  • •Coordinate daily with Piping/Mechanical subcontractors on work execution, progress monitoring, manpower deployment, material availability, and issue resolution.
  • •Monitor subcontractor performance against project KPIs, productivity metrics, quality standards, and construction schedules; escalate deviations proactively.
  • •Verify and process subcontractor invoices, variations, claims, and change requests, ensuring alignment with contract terms and project controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related technical/commercial discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in subcontract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within Oil & Gas, EPC, or large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • •Strong understanding of Piping and Mechanical construction activities, including isometrics, P&IDs, welding, fabrication, hydrotesting, and mechanical installation practices.
  • •Good knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, procurement processes, and project execution procedures commonly used in EPC/EPCM environments.
  • •Hands-on site-based experience dealing with subcontractors, construction interfaces, scope control, and field-level contract administration.
